How-To:

You’ll need the YouTube app for either iOS or Android

Sign in with your school email address ( set up your channel if you haven’t already)
Using your phone's Camera app, record your video
In YouTube, tap the “+” icon and choose ‘Upload a video’
- Note: 'Go Live' used to be a great option, but you now need to have 1K subscribers for that
Select the video clip that you want to upload and click ‘Next’
- You can choose to edit it to a clip shorter than 60 seconds if you’d like
Give the video a name, choose either Public or Unlisted, add it to a Playlist if you’d like, and tap the 'Upload' button
When you are done, the video will be waiting for you on your YouTube channel and is ready to embed into your Canvas course!
